What are your hours?
Our showroom is open by appointment only, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday through Sunday. Please complete the Contact Us form to schedule a visit and explore our inventory.
Do you require a deposit?
To secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed rental agreement. Please note: Changes can be made based on availability until 30 days before your event. The final balance is due 30 days from the date of your event.
Can you work within the budget we set?
Share your budget and preferences with us, and we'll curate a selection of items tailored to your taste. Our goal is to bring your vision to life, so while we'll offer suggestions, the final choices are entirely yours.
Are there any additional costs outside of the physical rentals?
Additional fees may apply for styling, delivery, and cleanup services.
Is there a minimum budget for delivery?
We require a minimum rental order of $500 (before taxes and fees) for all events within and outside Newport, NC.

I need help finding what I am looking for. Can you find it for me?
Absolutely! If we don't have the exact color, type, size, or item you need, just let us know, and we'll do our best to source it for your event. *Please note: we cannot guarantee finding a product, but we will do our best*
Can we pick up our rentals, or will they need to be delivered?
Yes, you may pick up some of our rental equipment. For "Will-Call" items, the order must be at least $300.
Do we need to place rental orders in advance?
All of our products are subject to availability, so it's always best to reserve items as soon as you know that you need them. This way, you will have the product on your event day.
